is their something to raise testosterone? plz ,i think my test is crap and thats why i aint seeing gains,i eat good and stuff ,help plz,dont say ROIDS,i dont wanna do that

If you have a mineral (zinc and magnesium) defiency, you could try ZMA. It can increase your test production with 30%. You could also try Tribex 500, they just upped their formula. Biotest says it should bring your test production upto the high-normal range. I used it after a cycle to raise my test production again, worked like a charm.

Another strange thing for raising testosterone levels was discovered by scientists a few years ago. Apparently, brushing your teeth for a few minutes a day stimulates testosterone production in males!!!
