Hi all, going into 2002 soon, want to exit 2002 35 pounds heavier. I think 35 pounds is a reasonable amount of weight to put on, so somone tell me what to eat. I don't think I've been eatng the right stuff. I recently weighted myself at 123. Somone said something about 6 meals a day, lots of rice, tuna. Could anyone give me a good example of a scheduel that is bound to put weight on me? Thanks,

Carbs are of primary importance during bulking Dev - stock up on em. Fuck tuna and brown rice. Eat TBONES, POTATOES, RICE, BREADS, CHICKEN, PORK AND BEANS, ANYTHING. BUT EAT!![/]
Eat above maintenance calories. Eat 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight , and always eat your efas (peanut butter, flax, olive oil, salmon, eggs are good choices for healthy fats).
You have a fast metabolism, so dont worry about the fat gain. It will come right off as soon as you start a cutting diet. You need to eat big, because you have a fast metabolism. SO dont be afraid, eat. and eat big. if you can eat, eat. If you dont, you might be wasting your time..
