Hi all, going into 2002 soon, want to exit 2002 35 pounds heavier. I think 35 pounds is a reasonable amount of weight to put on, so somone tell me what to eat. I don't think I've been eatng the right stuff. I recently weighted myself at 123. Somone said something about 6 meals a day, lots of rice, tuna. Could anyone give me a good example of a scheduel that is bound to put weight on me? Thanks,
