go with deca 300-400mg/week, and test.. dbol the first 4 weeks at 30mg per day.
and eat like a HORSE. people complain about deca because they dont eat enough (usually younger guys still eating mac and cheese and romaine noodles in college)
if you are to use deca correctly you must eat a lot of FOOD. carbs, carbs, carbs. granted eat cleanly, instead of white bread, eat multi grain for example. but EAT A LOT.
another complain about deca is that it is a slow builder and they dont see results. you probably wont notice you are getting more massive until you look at a before and after pic cause you grow slow. but the gains are quality
