i think yoou cant gain muscle on keto cause its more fat than protein..im tooo scared to do it because i donot kno when im in ketosis...it could never happen..and i cant imagine eating heavy cream an hotdogs and bacon...i mean i rather have a lil oatmeal in morning and the rest of the day essential fats and high amount of protein..is that good for losing fat? or i might as well cut out the fat...? i cant have low carbs and low fat because i will be catabolic right? moderate fat and low carbs with high protein? is that good
