i was eating fat and protein but not a keto//bad?

i think yoou cant gain muscle on keto cause its more fat than protein..im tooo scared to do it because i donot kno when im in ketosis...it could never happen..and i cant imagine eating heavy cream an hotdogs and bacon...i mean i rather have a lil oatmeal in morning and the rest of the day essential fats and high amount of protein..is that good for losing fat? or i might as well cut out the fat...? i cant have low carbs and low fat because i will be catabolic right? moderate fat and low carbs with high protein? is that good

have you stuck to a diet for more than 3 or 4 days?
maybe you should try a basic diet like 40/30/30 this might help you long run.

NO diet works overnight maybe you're expecting too high of results in too short of a time. :rolleyes:

MAKE A LIFTSTYLE CHANGE and the weight (fat) WILL come off. :)
 
moderate fat low carbs and high protien is exactly how I cut.

Occasionally I let in a highcarb meal (on that day I keep fat low)though just to mix things up.
