I'll be blunt with you. Your diet is s**t. You're not eating enough for a 12 year old girl. It would take a full book to reconstruct this mess so do yourself a favor and search the archives and read whatever you can about bodybuilding nutrition. I'm sure there's plenty in the "search" on this very site to get you started in the right direction. Buy a nutritional content book(a comprehensive one) that lists the nitritional values of foods. Read labels. Most importantly know what and how to eat to gain muscle mass. That'll take some studying on your part but you'll get it.
