I think my protein intake is too low!!

what do you guys think?? I'm on a bulking cycle, and want to get the maximum gains possible!

I'll be blunt with you. Your diet is s**t. You're not eating enough for a 12 year old girl. It would take a full book to reconstruct this mess so do yourself a favor and search the archives and read whatever you can about bodybuilding nutrition. I'm sure there's plenty in the "search" on this very site to get you started in the right direction. Buy a nutritional content book(a comprehensive one) that lists the nitritional values of foods. Read labels. Most importantly know what and how to eat to gain muscle mass. That'll take some studying on your part but you'll get it.

This is how my diet look like and I have gained a lot of pounds in the last years with that kind of diet. There is NEVER more than 2.5 to 3 hours between each meal.

Meal 1: 7 eggs white(you can buy it at the supermarket alredy separated)+1 or 2 yolks, 1 to 2 cup of oatmeal with water.Slice of cheese if you want.

Meal 2: shake with 40g. protein with 1 tbs. of Flaxseed oil

Meal 3: 1 cup vegetables, 1 to 2 cups brown rice, around 300g. of meat or chicken breast or fish.

Meal 4(pre-workout): shake with 40g. protein with 2 to 3 tbs. of flaxseed oil.

Meal 5(post-workout): 60g. of protein from a shake,1 fruit(banana,apples,etc), 1 cup of juice

Meal 6: same as meal 3

Meal 7(before bedtime): 40 to 60 g. of protein from a shake+1 tbs of flaxseeed oil
