okay I'm on my 6th day of dbol(20mg ed) and deca(300mg a week) I think my protein level is alittle to low, and I'm afraid I won't get the maximum gains, out of my cycle. I'm a student so my school days consist of.

8:00am 3 eggs, bowl of cereal, 2 bananas, 4 teaspoons of peanut butter,

9:30am a granola bar

12:00am a protein bar, or hotdogetc.

6:00pm 3 fish fillets, 4 teaspoons of peanut butter, 1 bannana, and 2 sandwiches

9:00pm workout

10:00pm protein/weightgainer shake

10:30 1 bannana

what do you guys think?? I'm on a bulking cycle, and want to get the maximum gains possible!

You didn't say how much you weighed. That's important.
This is a problem -> 12:00am a protein bar, or hotdogetc.
Let's get a real meal in there, and no hotdogs either.
You have a 6hr gap between lunch and dinner, you should have something inbetween the two, at least a shake or protein bar.

YOUR NOT EATING ANYTHING AFTER YOU WORK OUT!!!!!!!!
That is the MOST important meal! You must eat after you work out.

I'm on a bulking cycle, and want to get the maximum gains possible!
You're not bulking unless you're eating. I don't care how much gear you're doing. You need to eat more.

whether you are a student or not that is a horrible diet. I know that my diet isn't the best, but here it is ..........Breakfast..........protein shake............lunch..........protein shake.............dinner..............protein shake. I work shift work so I have no set times but you should get the idea. I always plan my workouts so that one of my meals occurs right after a workout.

I do shift work too, man it sucks. It effects negatively to my diet and work outs. It is hard to have good training partner since my work out times arent stable. ALso i am allwasy so tired, maybe i should take some efedrine to boost up my work outs.

Bump. Protein dont do shit for me when im off. But its a must when on!

Ace the granola bar and eat another Protein bar at that time. Have a real meal (even if it's a Wendy's chicken sandwich meal) for lunch. Add another bar or shake between lunch and dinner. Start with that then reevaluate in a week.

I keep a mental estimation of my protein grams and calorie total running constantly in my head and then write it in a log before I go to bed at night. Once you start counting you will see how low your protein truly is and you'll get a feel during the day if you are off pace to achieve your target. If you see you are running short when dinner rolls around, be sure to slam a big ass steak down your throat.

Or just keep eating the way you have been and see what happens. Let me know if it works cuz it sounds a lot easier than what I'm doing.

Question for all of ya'll. Why do you all slack off on the protein whenever you come off? Thats whenever I kick it up even more! I try to keep my protein ALWAYS around 2-1.5g/bw. When I am on, I lower my carbs to arounf 2.5g/bw and bump the fats up. When I come off, I take in around 3g/bw in carbs and lower my fats. By doing this, I keep a lot of my gains I make will on.

Exactly, people always seem to quit when they come of a cycle. I don't understand this way of thinking at all.
