Allright I got into a discussion with one of my friends about the most muuscle someone can put on in a year, naturaly. He claimed it was possible to put on as much as 10lbs in a year, I disagreed. From the few nutrition and pathophsiology courses I've taken I destinctly remember reading that the most muscle someone can NATURALY pu on in a year is 3-5lbs and any other weight gain is attributed to either water or fat. Can someone back me on this?
