I need help filling up on my Diet Please Help and

I am going on a ten week diet the first of the year. I have been training for thirteen months and eating better then ever. I went on a 10 week diet once before and basically was eating chicken breasts, baked crackers, low fat protein drinks, hydroxycut and chicken spaghetti. Now I am ready for the next step. I love chicken breasts, hyroxycut and the low fat protein shakes but after that I hate fish and tuna and the other stuff in my diet probably consist s of too many carbs. So I am looking for low fat , low carb, and low salt alternatives for this next diet I am starting Jan 2. I lost appx 90 lbs this last year and I still need to lose about 20 and it is tough and I know the diet is tough. I just need help with what is the lowest fat filling foods I can still eat and what are you alls suggestions since you are the experts. Thanks so much Georgia Irish.
