Maybe I didn't read it correctly but are you only lifting 3 times a week. If thats so get serious, eat crazy and train crazy (4-5 times a week). Personally I go 2 on 1 off, works good like that it gives your muscles the time they need to rest as long as your eating enough to give them the energy they need.
 
Bro, I think you need to add a couple more classes to learn how to write. Seriously, take some grammer classes......
 
bro, you need to do some research on proper training techniques and get a good diet together. You have only been training for a year, and you are thinking of taking gear......not a good idea. Also you are 19. A lot of people on this board debate whether 19 is too young....if you are 19 and have been training for 6 years and have sound diet and training program then yeah...mabye u can take gear......but you obviously dont know what youre talking about.........train hard and get a diet together, wait a few years u r too small right now.......:mix:

No. Bro, right now, you're a chevy. Jet fuel is for jets. You need to put alot of hard work into learning how to train and eat yourself into a jet.

You want to pack on some size right? If you don't learn how to do it without gear, how do you expect to do it with gear? (and do not tell me you hit your growth limit after one year of training.) If you are really interested in using steroids, research the hell out of it for a couple years. You might just find out that they would be a mistake for you. The side effects CAN be brutal - and there is NO guarantee they wont hit you hard.

In the mean time, set a goal for yourself. See if you can get it together well enough to hit 165 by your 21st birthday.
