I Got My Bands! I Got My Bands!!

Thats stout as hell.I weighed in at 228 today.Im trying to bump my weight up to 235 but its been hard cause of work,etc...

Just to tell ya, I'm sure you heard this already. Don't use the bands for more than 3 or so weeks on dyn bench without switching to chains or raw weight. If you do your joints will let you know their pissed. It will take you a workout or two to get used to them. But the persistence will pay off.

I'm ordering 2 more sets tomorrow. Not minis though, I've got the minis. I'm ordering some more for squat.

If your power rack has the lower supports they are perfect for looping the bands around. If not db will work just make sure they're heavy enough.
