HUNGER, Should you ignore it ?

To stick to your caloric need or is it a sign that you do not eat enough?

sometimes I get those intense pains as well and I end up binging for 1 meal then i go back to the diet. If i don't binge... i think I'd go crazy. Some people have a cheat day, meal or w/e. I cheat when I really can't take it anymore, which is about once every 3 days. If you read Pardeus's paper on Leptin you'd find out if you refeed (cheat) you can increase your leptin levels. It's much more complicated than that but you can check it out at www.avantlabs.com under the magazine

Well, anytime I get to around 7 or 8% body fat and stay there for a few weeks I start to get sick. I have no plans on entering a show anytime due to my small frame, so I'm just going to stay around 10% and I'm fine. Just my abs don't shine as much, but I still pick up chicks either way at the beach so..

I work out hard and just try to eat clean... most importantly I work my
ass off in the Gym 6 days a week... take a look at my avatar...

I maintain about 7% to 8% all year around while adding small portions
of mass along the way.
 
Hmm

You said in your post topic should you ignore hunger. When you feel hungry try drinking a glass of water, if youre still hungry EAT> Remeber thirst is sometimes mistaken for hunger :)
 
If I feel hungry at a time when I don't really want to add calories, I usually just eat foods like uncooked cauliflower or other uncooked (or lightly cooked) vegetables that are extremely low in calories compared to other foods.

i figure, hungry=eat. if u dont metabolism thinks ure starving ureslf and holds onto the fat u are trying to lose, beacuse it goes into survival mode.

so..eat, but make it a small high protein meal, even if its just a can of tuna..
