I have the oven on 400. I have these asparaguy (plural for asparagus?) in foil and olive oil dribbled on top
they smell yummy but they need to soften up faster. I already vaccuumed up my entire house waiting for this.

Howcome asparagus takes so damn long to roast in the oven? I mean jesus titty fucking christ, this is taking forever and Im starving over here.

I asparagus! I just give it a quick boil and then plunge into ice water. Then I hit it with kosher salt and crushed garlic real quick on the stovetop.

BUT I much prefer it the way you're making it or on the grill.
