How would you make your TRT more manageable with less side effects?

I’ve been going to a TRT clinic now for the past year. They’ve really made my life a living hell. Not only do I they charge me a lot of money, but they also keep changing my dosages up and giving me some other stuff with it. I’m looking to do it on my own instead. I’m 50 years old and I don’t know much about this stuff, so I want to know what are some dosages that you recommend? If I were to do this on my own that would be manageable and not give me side effects. The clinic put me on 300 mg and I ended up with gynecomastia and had to get that treated.

300mg is way high for trt! What’s level does that put you at?
Average is 100-200mg, for lesser side effects and more stable levels daily shots are recommended. Personally I split it up mwf.
Most clinics have no clue what there doing

I think the best thing with TRT is doing self TRT. This way you save money and you have more flexibility and control over what's going into your body.

100- 125 mg a week is looking really good. It's a good dosage to use. And it will work on 99% of people.
