If you do alot of lunges before you have lost the fat around your butt your ass will just get bigger

Ass flab is the hardest to rid - reason being it is there for emergencies i.e. hunger strikes. To rid of it is all to do with diet yes but cardio also plays an important role. Try 30min/day, 30 sec at 60% max heart rate then 30 sec at 80%....this will reeve up your metabolism for hours after therefore your body will start to tap into its ass fat stores - MAKE SENSE?
