How to get the most out of $200

JMattes

New member
I posted earlier about stack recommendations and was happy to see many people helping (since I am new)

I am trying to figure out, out of these products what I should get and how much..

Forged Burner
need2slin
n2amp
HCGenerate
(already have protein and fish oil)

Its been a year since ive worked out intensely and ive gained some weight since them. Looking for a stack to jump start my routine plus help with gains and getting my metabolism back on track.

24
6' 4"
255lb

or should I put the money towards something else? other products?

Thanks for any help!

Here's what I'd do....

1 need2slin
1 n2amp
1 Transaderm
1 Formastanozol

run those at recommended dosages. I don't think the forged burner is necessary.....this above would be a sweet stack man. You'd see great results.

A hormonal product is highly unnecessary when first getting back to it. (transaderm/formastanozol)

A good pre-workout (N2AMP/protein) , post-workout (Need2Slin/protein/carbs) is all you should be looking at right now.

Once you start seeing good gains and progress and your progress slows after 2 or 3 monts, then hit it with some hormone products to give you the extra boost. But again, those types of things are not a replacement for doing things right (diet and not overtraining/crappy routine)

When I hit back to the gym after about a year off, I gained 20 lbs in 10 weeks and lost body fat with nothing more than diet, pre-and postworkout and a good training routine. Then again, I had previously been pretty jacked beforehand so gaining 20 lbs was just an auto response to where my body was at previously.

I agree with what you were saying and think it would be a good idea to lift for 2-3months and see if my muscle memory kicks in. Then consider a pro hormone.. then after 2-3months maybe even doing a cycle. As long as my lifts are starting to platue (which they were before I stopped) and my diet is in check.

Sound good?

That's a better plan than doing PH's off th ebat.

You grow quickly at first, and doing it with the aid of hormones will be insignificantly better in the first 8-12 weeks. The rate of muscle growth can only be so fast, and quickly gaining at the begininng will be enhanced only a little bit with hormone usage as opposed to waiting until several months in to get back to somewhere around where you were before THEN hitting it up and exceeding your previous achievements.

As a side note, lift plateaus mean you are doing something wong, i.e. you need to do something different in your routine. Once I figured out how to avoid plateaus by changing my routine then I never had plateau issues in nearly 2 straight years of lifting. Angles, BB vs DB vs machines, etc all make a big difference in keeping things fresh. I switch it up every 6 to 8 weeks.

Running with the idea that I am just getting back into a routine..

How would jack3d and a post workout compare to

"A good pre-workout (N2AMP/protein) , post-workout (Need2Slin/protein/carbs) is all you should be looking at right now"

Never heard the mention of N2 products before coming to this forum.. So just looking at it from a cost prospective.

Jack3d is like $20 and well N2 projects are $50-70..

Im not a chemist or anything, nor am I saying there not worth it.

I.ordered the n2amp and the n2slin and put in shipper notes asking for some samples if available.

There was just so many products to choose from!
