How to choose meat to buy

I've not seen anyone talk about any strategies when I'm shopping at the supermarket when it comes to buying red meat
how do I know which meat to pick. should I get the more fatty cuts or opposite?
looking for the most optimal meat for my budget

step 4 grassfed or higher is the absolute minimum.. won't find that at walmart or some cheap grocer

anything less you are buying junk food. it's all on what animal was fed throughout its life, how much sun it got.. etc
