How the F%&*# can I stop snoring? Help a brotha out.

What's up, friends and neighbors? Apparently, I'm a snoring bastard. I knew I snored if I slept on my back, but that's never been a problem because I would just turn on my side. Well, apparently, now I snore when I sleep on my side, also. Sleeping on my stomach is really not an option unless I have a live-in chiropractor. I don't think "Tell the bitch to buy some earplugs." is a viable option either. Any suggestions?

First cut back on the amount of dairy products in your diet.

IF that doesn't work then cut off your nose and tear out your Epiglotis. Screw that swallowing control mechanism, you need sleep.

IF that doesn't work check into a product called Silent Snore. I've never used it but I hear it pitched a great deal on the radio.

If that doesn work you can always learn to sleep standing up like a conehead!

Peace.

Goatslayer....is that you?

Has anybody tried those things you put on the bridge of your nose that is supposed to open up your nasal cavity. I think a lot of professional athletes wear them to help them breathe better during games. I don't know if they work on snoring though.

The only OTC (over the counter) solution I have seen work is the
Spray that you use in your Mouth right before going to sleep..
I forget the name but 3 people including myself have used it with anywhere from moderate improvement in volume to outright NO snoring at all...

Cool. What's it called? I'll do a search for it.

my husband snores like a bear, and i bought those nose strips that go across the nose and they work pretty well as long as he doesn't rub it off in the middle of the night. you also have to place them in the right place, so it might take a night or two to get them right. :)

Maybe I'll try this too. Gotta do something.

Yes, D-Snore and a competing product called Snoreless.....

Snoreless is a fraction of the cost of D-Snore. At $49.95 for 2 ounces D-snore is $24.98 per ounce. At $21.55 for 4 ounces Snoreless is $5.39 per ounce. Both products are very effective at eliminating the noise associated with snoring. Why pay for expensive TV advertising when both products contain essentially the same ingredients?

D-Snore ingredients: Almond oil, Sesame oil, Sunflower oil, Olive oil, Grape seed oil, Orange seed extract, Lecithin, Purified de-ionized water, Natural peppermint extract, Glycerin base.

Snoreless ingredients: Almond oil, Sesame oil, Sunflower oil, Olive oil, Peppermint oil, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin B-6, Purified water, Glycerin base.
