Ive seen anywhere from about 20-30 grams a day.....I am sure it is also depends on weight/age, etc....I probably dont need as much as a 220 lb man....
I think oatmeal is a good source of fiber, too....I love black beans, they are a good source, so are lentils, lots of green veggies, etc...
Maybe a really good quality (expensive) whole grain bread......
