How much do you workout to maintain muscle mass?

Are you talking in terms of maintainence of your physique as opposed to trying to gain muscle or cut weight??

If you are, with training, I would try to maintain strength levels and not increase or decrease workload. How often you train or your setup is insignificant, what matters is workload. As far as diet, keep calories right where they are, no increase or decrease.
 
i am not a fan of once a week training. but just keeping size. you could do a full body once a week work out and keep you size no problem. hell you could probaby even cut back to every 10 days :( strength would suffer a tad.. ...

but dont do.. keep getting bigger faster stronger weeeeeeeeeeee
