Normally two, with one bar. I normally have some N'large2 post workout, a bar later in the day for convenience and then low carb whey right before bed about 12:00.
I wish I had the time and money and stomach for that matter to get all my protein from food but I don't. I have 2-3 shakes a day with 44g each. That gets me to where I want to be with what I can eat.
