I'm going on 10 months sober and can vouch for AA. It helps to see that other "normal" people (if there's such a thing as normal ) go to meetings and deal w/ their problems. Life in general has been so much better since self-medicating is over!

damn right, just take it one day at a time. It took me months before even the idea of going a week clean seemed possible.

yeah the white lady is a bitch, pretty f**ked up myself on it for quite a while. been clean for 6 mos now though. hitting the gym hard and heavy too. feels great to be sober.
