How do I lose 20lb w/out losing strength for competition purposes?

Current bodyweight=245
Desired for competition=220
Stats: 6'1",245,365lb bench (raw)
What are some good ways to take some fat off to get under 220 for comp. without losing too much strength if possible?
Any diet or training advice as well as AS advice is welcome.

Dude at 6'1" you need to be bigger not smaller. ALso, if you haven't competed much or you have never lost weight for a meet I would not suggest trying to drop 20lbs -- that is too much.

u need to grow first
get reel strong with out worrying abt ur weight, then if u need to make weight start cutting carbs and cycle some dnp in too, if there is a 24 hr weigh in use a tab or 2 of lasix to get u to the mark, then carb up bigg time, my sugg is celltech, esp if ure dehydrated then ure body will soak up the creatine fast as hell
i dont recommend doin this but i know it works
