do you know about how much protein is in each bar?

What flavor whey do we use? I assume vanilla or unflavored, correct?

It's pretty easy to figure out. Find out how much protein you put in, and divide that by the # of bars which you make (assuming they're equal sized and the powder is distributed evenly).

If 1 & 1/4 cups of powder has 200g of protein and you make 10 bars, then each bar has 20g.

I've had that style of bar before, and I believe the girl who made
them put Vanilla protein powder in them, and added the raisins.
They are excellent. A little high in carbs, but probably a little more
wholesome than the packaged bars. It's kind of nice to make them that way, because you can customize your protein intake
per bar, if you want more protein in them.
