HGH @ 12UI x day...

also, i started at 2iu/day the first 3-4wks just to see if i would experience any adverse sides, then bumped up to 4iu/day and finished at 6iu/day. as i said before the change in my body comp has changed drastically. the weight hasn't gone down as significantly.

included with the GH, were Sus, Fina, T50, and i dropped the T3 when i experienced serious headaches. i plan on doing another GH cycle during the early part of next year. here is how things were explained to me in the beginning:

GH: increases the number of muscle cells
Fina: increases the size of muscle cells

so with this in mind, taking Testosterone, simultaneosly with GH, seems to be necessary to fill the new/larger cells. someone correct this if i am wrong. just my 2cc's again...hehehe

I'm not newbie IronM...but I like to read more than post...also because I'm italian and I'm not so confortable writing in english (as you may see).
I'm looking for a ripped muscular looks, not too bulky and freaky, so I guess HGH will help. Also I'm 6'4'', so is difficult to pack a lot of mass on such a tall frame. The way you look IronM. is just fine for me as a goal...I don't want to became a freak of the weider circus.
Is my knowledge that HGH lead to iperplasia: mean growing of new muscles cells (actually growing of almost any tissue in our body, not only scheletal muscles); roids leads to ipertrofia: enlargment of already present muscle cells due retention of glicogen and other essential nutrients into the muscles cells...so I 100% agree with 2EZ2BRICH and I'm also looking forward to my next cycle...
 
Lots of good points here. HGH is VERY dose dependant. Too many people think its a miracle drug and are not happy with the results.I think its a much better fat loss drug than a mass drug.I'm not a "guru",but I have used many kits in all different ways so I know quite a bit of its actions(at least on me) I believe its best to take a shot of GH right upon waking ,and another one around 5 or 6 pm.I only take the insulin once-right after a workout,followed by roughly 80-100 grms. of simple carbs.Insulin is VERY dangerous if used in the wrong way.You are asking for trouble by taking 15-20ius in one shot(I know some who do) Always have some candy or glucose tabs with you at all times. I remember once i took 6ius and ate like normal-but like 3 or 4 hrs. later while I was in a shopping mall I felt like I was going to pass out.My wife knows what to look for and she could tell I needed some carbs quick!! So I stumbled to CVS and pounded an OJ and a box of junior mints.When it happens you need to be on point.Too much WILL make you fat.
Getting back to the dose of GH- 12 ius will yield better gains in most people-but its REALLY raises the side effects!!! I know some guys who became hooked on pain pills because the high GH dose caused massive pain in their joints.I've done 4 a day,and I've done 8ius..If you can afford it 8ius is better(most times) many people can't take the side effects higher than that. I want to live to be old AND healthy,so somewhere in the middle is good for me!!!

ps-I PERSONALLY know of a pro that takes 2 kits of Humetrope a week 4 weeks out of the Mr O. Thats 90iusx2=180 a week. He looks great but has a great deal of serious side effects!!! The next time you go to a pro show,look at their elbows and facial structure-that my friends are not how I would like to live!!

Amp- Anything I tell you,you're going to multiply by 2 or 3 anyway!!! Yeah,8 is cool-just don't overdo it in the gym and hurt yourself :)

If I multiply that by 2 or 3 I will be at a kit a week and I think that would eat into my strip club budget too much. I just finished my fourth week at 6IU's. My weight has stabilized this week but my strength went up again dramatically so I think I am gaining lean mass while dropping small amounts of fat. I am happy so far but after this week I may go up to 8 because I would like to see even more of a body composition change in the next 2 months.

Go with it. you will see huge difference. To all those who always preach 4I.U.. close your books and try it then you will see the difference. With 4I.U. you can get harder but if you want real mass then you must go much higher. I personally use 16I.U. and I am doing competitions so I know what I am talking about. Go and try you if you have the money.
 
ironmaster and 1mistake, a couple of comments......


why in the insert of serostim does it say that it should be injected subc. before u go to bed??? also iron, i take it u recommend taking it in the afternoon 90 minutes after ur last meal and u gotta wait another 60 minutes to finally eat again??? cause i know when u take it before u go to bed u have to have not eaten for at least 90 minutes, and when u take it when u wake up u cant eat after it for 60 minutes, thanks guys......
 
Deppnade.....the insert says that because serostim is prescribed for people with non-functioning pituitary glands, or who suffer from severe wasting diseases. They stick at night, when they should be receiving the natural production spike.
We want to take advantage of that spike, so we don't inject near bedtime, as exogenous GH will suppress the natural production.
I always make sure to inject after lifting, in the late afternoon or early evening cause I'm using insulin at that time also and won't be eating for a while anyway. Anytime in the AM is fine for the split dose. I don't sweat the timing that much....life's too busy. It's consistancy over a 12 week period that counts.
I'm pretty much always on at least a light regimen of GH anymore, due to my advanced age. Now, I can eat whatever I want within reason, and still stay lean.
 
4iu with my AS works well for me and I even have difficulty affording that sometimes. Sounds to me like you have shit GH. Was is the big kits from where you live in Thailand or the Chinesse. I've heard bad reports about them both.
