i try so hard to do everything right..i started cardio in the morning but switch it up from 20 min sprints and some days in the evening 30-45 min of walkin or jogging..im always changin my routine..like for ex..ill walk for about 5 min then jog for 10 ,,walk on incline and run for 5 min...is this ok? and i heard if you dont eat any carbs u have to replace those calories with fat..like flax or nuts..is it better to eat oatmeal in the morning as carbs then only a lil fat or more fat nd no carbs..i rotate my carbs also but im never cut,,my stomach is flat and arms ar good but im not shredded,,,,i take in 1300 calories and i weigh 124llbs..some days i will have 1600 calories...is this too low for cutting?? my protein is 190 grams and carbs some days go from 50(on low)-120(on high)..my fat ranges from 20-40grams of flax..i dont eat carbs past 4pm and after weights i have simple carbs and 30 grams of whey....what would be good? will i loose muscle is i run for 45 min ? or walk? will it burn my ab fat or just be a waste..

Missy you've been around this board for a long time. You can't tell me you haven't learned any of these things.

First off, choose one program and stick with it. As long as you keep doing it, it will work. Everytime someone on this board posts a different idea you change your program like its gonna be the magical pill you've been waiting for.

So in regards to cardio, anything you do will of course help. Just keep doing it when you can fit it in. If you run for 45 min. you probably won't lose muscle, but you won't gain any either. And no its not gonna burn your ab fat. You've been here long enough to know that you can't just spot reduce fat. But yes, it should lower your overall bodyfat percentage.

Yes, if you don't eat carbs you need to replace the calories with fat and protein.

Whether oatmeal is good in the morning for you or not depends on your diet and you. If you are doing low carb then no. If you are doing moderate carb then it is a good choice.

Plus, if your doing low carbs, low should be lower than 50 and high should be higher than 120. And when you do low carb again- replace the calories with fat and protein, but not just flax. Eat nuts, have olive oil, fish oils, steak, something with fat.

Plus, you have to realize that when you do low carb your muscles are not full so even if you had a chance at seeing your abs, you won't because they are flat from having done no carbs.

acer... you're the man! lol. you just said everything i wanted to say but typed it up all nice for me lol. Seriously... she's been around for quite some time, it's very tiresome answering the same question every week.
