alright friends i need some help. im always on the anabolic discussion board so i dont frequent here much at all. so to give background, im 24 yrs old, 5 ft 6, 220, @17% body fat. my goal is to get my body fat down as far as possible without losing too much body weight. maybe in the vicinity of 6-10% bf. this will be my first cut cycle, so pretty much my first dieting cycle as well, and my first cardio stint also. im far from a beginner, ive been training for about 3 yrs and have pretty much been bulking that whole time. anyways, first i'll give u my cycle, and my cardio regimen and then we can discuss my diet. here's the cycle:
boldenon eq: (frontload 1000mg wk1-2) wk3-10 @ 600mg/wk
t200: (frontload 800mg wk1-2) wk3-10 @ 500mg/wk
winstrol v: wk 4-10 @ 50mg ed
t3 (cynomel): wk 3 (start) 1111222233334444444433332222111
bulgarian clen: wk 3-4,7-8,11-12,15-16
adipokinetix: wk 1-2,5-6,9-10,13-14
proviron throughout to combat water retention and estrogen level
drink 1 to 1 and a half gallon water per day
clomid therapy three weeks after last test injection
CARDIO: 4-5X PER WK 1 HR/DAY @60-70% MAX HEART RATE
NOW THE FUN PART; THE DIET WHICH I HAVE NO IDEA ON SO I DESPERATELY NEED UR HELP!!!!!!
i have no idea how much carbs to take. i know protein should be in the neighborhood of a gram to gram and a half per 1lb of body weight. dont know about fat either. i know to take out all dairy products, avoid all sugars except for post workout, i.e maltodextrin. i also know to avoid carbs before bed. i just dont know how many carbs i actually should take in that wont effect my energy levels and will still help burn body fat with my cardio and the cycle i'll be on. please help me out.
