I have been reading up on everyones different techniques, but none that i have come across really seems to be perfect for my situation.
Stats:
25 y/o
6'0"
236 lbs
18% bf
I just begun doing my second cycle consisting of the following:
Fina.................75mg/ED........................1-8
Winny..............50mg/ED........................1-8
clomid....................................................9-10
Arimidex--------.25mg/ED.......................1-11
Test cyp...........125mg every 3rd day......3-8
I am just curious as to what would be the best diet for me. I am trying to lose fat, and build lean muscle mass. I am concerned that i may be eating too little. Can you guys giv me a breakdown of a diet that would allow me to lose fat and put on mass.
I am working out 5 days a week, hitting the weights for about an hour followed by cardio for 15 minutes.
