Hello....New and just wanted to say hi

Hello:) ..............I just wanted to say hi to everyone. I am new and have been researching and reading the boards for a couple of weeks now. I am still learning sooo much about diet and weight training and can't wait to learn more! I am 5'9 and weigh between 150 and 155. And have been ready to get serious!:D Right now I run a mile and a half 5x a week in the morning.....and weight train in the afternoons 5x a week. My diet consists of 2egg whites and fruit in the morning......lunch I eat two boneless skinless chicken breast.....and for dinner I eat fish, chicken with veggies. I know i need to eat more meals a day and am researching on the whole diet thing! I am having trouble spots with getting the fat off.......please help any ideas on what to use? My friend is a member here and he is helping me and suggested maybe Yohimibine? Or any good fatburners? My goals are to better my diet lower body fat and weight train hard to tone up!! Any tips for me would be great....I am looking forward to hearing from you all! Thanks!
 
Hey girl, glad you are ready to get intense!!

Beef up the calories, check out this board, theres lots of diet info, search for posts by spatterson too, lots of diet stuff.

Simple equation really : eat clean and enough, train like a biotch, and you'll get there babe.

As for fat burners, you may want to try an ECA stack.

Welcome :newbie:!! Hope ya like it here! You'll be pleased to know that everyone here is very knowledgeable and generous. You have a question about ANYTHING, you won't get no less than 5 answers!!! ;)
 
Welcome! I'm fairly new to the boards too and have found everyone here very helpful. There are a ton of threads out there to search on, so spend some time surfing the boards.

You'll need to eat more, try eating 5 small meals a day to keep your metabolism moving. There are a number of ECA's out there and you can search this board for anything from diet, to specific ECA, I've used Xenadrine in the past and have been successful. Make sure you are lifting heavy enough too.

No I dont run for charity or anything. I was just told that running in the Am will help burn more fat. I weight train in the evening with a friend of mine who is also a member here and he helps me and keeps me going. So with good diet and hard weight train, is that good enough with out any cardio? Thanks for the welcome and advice!!!:)
