..............I just wanted to say hi to everyone. I am new and have been researching and reading the boards for a couple of weeks now. I am still learning sooo much about diet and weight training and can't wait to learn more! I am 5'9 and weigh between 150 and 155. And have been ready to get serious!
Right now I run a mile and a half 5x a week in the morning.....and weight train in the afternoons 5x a week. My diet consists of 2egg whites and fruit in the morning......lunch I eat two boneless skinless chicken breast.....and for dinner I eat fish, chicken with veggies. I know i need to eat more meals a day and am researching on the whole diet thing! I am having trouble spots with getting the fat off.......please help any ideas on what to use? My friend is a member here and he is helping me and suggested maybe Yohimibine? Or any good fatburners? My goals are to better my diet lower body fat and weight train hard to tone up!! Any tips for me would be great....I am looking forward to hearing from you all! Thanks!
