heatherrae why are you drawn to EF?

Yeah, coming from one of the true "elite athletes" of ef.

Spoken with a ton of intelligence.

You might wanna do some searches for training logs over the last few years and read up on em, cowboy. Then maybe you can speak.

Weird how you are avoiding answering the question presented in the thread....
I really thought answering by posting ad nauseum about myself would be sort of egocentric, but here it goes if you really want to know.

I came here after googling some specific training question back about a year and a half ago. I lurked in the women's forum mainly. After a couple months I created a screenname because I could only view a few threads before it would tell me to register.

Am I an elite athlete? Far from it. I am just an ordinary 36 year old woman trying to do the best with what she has.

Here is my routine:

Monday: bi's & tri's & cardio
Tuesday: leg day
Wednesday: chest and back & cardio
Thursday: shoulders and calves & cardio
Friday: Cardio and abs
Saturday: Cardio

Stats: 5'3" 125 lbs. haven't measured bf.

What are my lifts? I rarely do the same exercise from one week to the next. I usually do 3-4 sets of 10-12 of each exercise. Usually 2-3 exercises per body part, except legs I do more.

Happy now? lol.
