Health Issue's w/Older Juicer's..!!!

Gear improves your health, use it, abuse it, I don’t care, with training, diet, supplements and & regular cycles your OVERALL health improves. You have to continue to be active and serious or yes it slides.

No on hits “48” with out having some physical changes and problems, it is called being alive. Guess what the alternative is?

“Gall bladder removed, diabetes,no testosterone production, joint pain ,B/P”

As you get older diet, and training become more critical. Again gear only helps.

“Any older Brutha's care to fess up...I think it'll be suprising on how many older guys have issues regarding health...”

Yes we all do.

But not because we take gear, but in spite of it. Do you think you would be in better shape not training, not being active, and not taking gear?

Older lifters on cycles are in much better condition physically, emotionally and health wise than 99% of the population. And the gear helps there condition. It does not take away from there health.

Your 47, that’s about the time I did my first cycle, tomorrow I turn 56 and I am in better shape by any standards than I was 26, 36 or ever 46. And much of my motivation has come from the psychological and physical addition of gear to my workouts & my life.

It 4 in the morning, I'm going to bed will try and make sense in the morning.

But gear is critical for older lifters and improves and extends their lives.

The bolasterone I think was the most damaging of all the gear...I went from a barely 700 squat to 685-for an easy 5...buried

Thats a serious squat! What kind of doses were you doing to achieve that!?

I thought so too but as I read on later on the boards it apparently is one of the harsest if not the harshest aas of all time....and to be honest I dont remember the doses of most of the gear Ive done....except drol & d-bol

I know i had a saying....if I'm going to stick a needle in my ass its going to be a full one...

The gall bladder was a result of high fat high carbs.....I wasnt worried about clean i was worried about calories...Its tough to eat 6000 clean....

My dad has never used gear and has the same problems you do and his 60.Gear is not the cause of every health problem.I have not been at it as long as you but the only problem I have is with my left knee.

I dont know how tall you are but I think I read you weigh 265 or so. If you are 5'9 or so, thats a lot of weight to carry around, and makes it tough on your body, heart, joints, organs to support.

Im 6'1", and I believe my max healthy weight to be around 225, although Im not there yet, maybe by the time Im 40. :)
