well i have tried it and failed ....had a bit of energy during the day ,,,,, i havn`t gained or lose any pounds ..i think maybe my body wasn`t getting use to it as yet ..what had happed i cought a really bad cold and i think my body was low in vitimins because i had stop drink juice and i should be taking some vitamins ...but for now ial go on a moderate carb low fat hi protein diet...one thing i did benefit to controle my cravings for carbs..
