I'll agree that natural pb is a wonderful treat. I like a tbls of it for dessert when I'm craving a snickers or something along those lines.
I am a big sweet potato fan for good carbs!! Today I sliced up a couple of them really thin, tossed them with a smidge of flax and some cayenne pepper, baked them for 40 minutes at 350...and they were SO good. I personally like to make enough to have leftovers so I have something to grab when I'm on the go. Gotta love that cheap-ass glad ware....can't have enough of that in my opinion.
I'm not a fish-person either but lean turkey, chicken breasts, and lean red meat are great. I save red meat as a treat, but you can really do a lot with veggies and chicken. Seriously, I'm eating clean now (haven't been for long but it's awesome) and I think I eat WAY better and am less hungry when when I was eating junk.
Oh, other favorite "treat" is tossing ice and a banana into my whey protein shakes....SO good....
