Foods to Eat( Help again )

y bother? if you want results..just cut it out. if you love it so much have it on a 'refeed' day. Otherwise stick to the good stuff
 
im consuming wholewheat bread and wholewheat bagels and still cutting pretty good though i also do cadio 5-days a week on an empty stomach

Egg whites and chicken and veggies veggies veggies.......Those are all crucial foods when cutting. Good luck man!

why jello? not saying its bad, just not sure about its nutritional quality. if its for like small snacks now and then, i would suggest natural peanut butter. i go through so much of it, but then again im not cutting
 
I'll agree that natural pb is a wonderful treat. I like a tbls of it for dessert when I'm craving a snickers or something along those lines.

I am a big sweet potato fan for good carbs!! Today I sliced up a couple of them really thin, tossed them with a smidge of flax and some cayenne pepper, baked them for 40 minutes at 350...and they were SO good. I personally like to make enough to have leftovers so I have something to grab when I'm on the go. Gotta love that cheap-ass glad ware....can't have enough of that in my opinion.

I'm not a fish-person either but lean turkey, chicken breasts, and lean red meat are great. I save red meat as a treat, but you can really do a lot with veggies and chicken. Seriously, I'm eating clean now (haven't been for long but it's awesome) and I think I eat WAY better and am less hungry when when I was eating junk.

Oh, other favorite "treat" is tossing ice and a banana into my whey protein shakes....SO good....
