Foods to Eat( Help again )

ok..this is what i have so far



1.)OatMeal
2.)Eggwhites
3.)Wheat Bread
4.)Chicken Breast
5.)Ground Beef ( under 10g of fat )
6.)roast beef
7.)Turkey Burgers
8.)Jello
( This is not what i eat each day, just a list of foods to consume ).

Drink 1 gallon of Water a day..

Supplements: ECA and Flax seed oil.. maybe creatine later in the Diet.

workout routine looks like this


Monday( Chest, Tri's, Shoulders,abs )

Wed( Back, Bi, abs )

Friday( Legs, abs )

20 minutes of cardio after each lifting session..

Stats: 20 years old , 213lbs , 18.5% bodyfat , 6 ' 1

Please add on to the food list to help me.. This is for a Cutting Cycle .

I'll stay under 50g carbs after 3pm, and no Carbs after 6pm.. How does this sound?

diamond, you seem to normally be a big advocate of red meat as a protein source, why do you say to eliminate it while cutting? not being fictitious just seeking knowledge, thanks
 
List looks good... I also like Fat Free cottage cheese. And don't forget about veggies.
 
I agree with diamond, eat alot of egg whites, chicken breasts, white meat turkey, tuna. What out for the high sodium in tuna. It will make you retain water. Also red meat, even lean cuts, have higher amount of fats compared to chicken, turkey, tuna, egg whites that's why alot of people stay away from it when cutting.

****STAY AWAY FROM BREADS and DAIRY********

Eat clean...ie...oatmeal, brown rice, sweet patatoes...just those 3 are enough for your carb intake when cutting and stay away from dairy for water retention purposes....but like cuts said...eat alot of vegetables.
 
heh.. I'm allergic to Tuna also.. matter of fact , all SeaFood

and what about Wheat Bread?
