Yeah..I love the Hadley, Holyoke, Amherst area. Cruise Route 2 when I'm cutting thru.

The snow clouds come in low off the mountains here.

Outskirts...not really sure how to describe it because I'm not really familiar with the area. I thought it was all one area until I realized there was the Canyons, etc....

Yeah, it's bigger than some thing. Over by the Canyons is ok. That area is Kimball Junction. Mostly condos. In town is ok too, but the houses are all small and most are historic buildings that can't be modernized. They can only be restored to original specs. You go up toward Deer Valley and nothing decent is less than a million. By the golf courses are the best places imo. A lot of the houses are older though and still sell for $600+.

It's outside of Sunday River ski resort in Bethel, Maine. I buy huge tracts from the paper mills, develop a small amount, and donate about 95% to a land trust.


That will be forest like that forever.....
