It all depends bro...Diet is trial and error. You have to find out what cal, carb, protein, fat ratio works best for you. I find that I can gain muscle and lose fat at the same time while on a high protein, mod carb, low fat diet of no mjore then 3200-3400 cals a day. I generally do cardio 3-4 times a week for 20-30 min at a medium pace in the morn and train in the PM. That is what works for me but what works for me may not work for someone else so try a couple diffrent diets and see whats works best for you
