Fattiest Deli Meat (Best for CKD) ?

Sometimes when I just dont have time to worry about lunch I like to go to the deli and grab a half pound or so of meat.

What meat would be the best while on a CKD?

I'm thinking Corned Beef. Unfortunately Boar's Head doesnt have a website that reveals nutrition info.

Sometimes i'll eat bologne and cheese and dip it into some ranch dressing or sour cream.

Yeah, I think corned or roast beef would probably be best.

that pepperoni (and some cheese) cut up makes dieting a whole lot easier

bologne and hot dogs have a crap load of fat in them. I mix my sandwich up w/ 1 slice bologne and a big chunk of ham or chicken.
