For breakfast this morning I had 4 eggs scrambles with 2 rashers bacon. Then I decided to heat up 2 pork ribs from a few nights previous.. The fat content would have been a tad high I guess.. but hell... all of today my appetite was gone. Don't know if the body thought is had had enough calories or what, but no inclination to eat at all until this evening... I forced myself to eat some cheese for lunch..
Everytime I have a high fat breaky, this happens.
Can't be to bad I guess, I've dropped 70lb in the last 9 months... I'm still only 300, so a long way to go. For some reason, I prefer to think of it as losing 10" of my waist,which I have also done.
I love the low carb life... suits me to a tee... and I LOVE weight training.. wish I had been introduced to it sooner in life!
