How much sodium is too much. I am 6ft 1inch 205 pds 10 bodyfat. I know tuna has 250 mgs at 2.5 servers per can or 625 mgs. So again what benchmark amount should I be taking.

Sodium tolerance is going to vary greatly- Try to stay away from
canned veggies(steam fresh ones) spagetti sauces, soups, bbq(southern favorite) and most importantly, fast food, especially KFC (the grand moonface meal!).....Good luck.

yeah, cut back the tuna and see what happens.

Use either a half tab of Arimidex/day and the bloating will be gone in approx. 4-6 days... either use Winstrol, might take longer time and not help as much for gyno of course !
