this was a really fun one to do... i really hope everyone enjoys it!

Half way through the episode and really enjoying it. Dylan, what kind of times are you running? Minutes per mile? 50+ miles a week is a lot of volume.

Same here. I turned 40 this year and during the lockdowns I stepped up my running, the body can’t handle the miles anymore. I prefer to run outdoors which doesn’t do any favours to the knees. Mostly slower paced trail runs now and the treadmill. I can hold a comfortable 7.77mph for 10miles but I’m not looking to break PBs anymore. [emoji23]

Me too bro. I have a commercial treadmill and elliptical in my house in front of a 70 inch screen. Its the only time i get a mental break and get to watch tv so while most think its crazy, man i really value the time
