whey protien- vanilla always

skim milk

fat free vanilla icecream

peanut butter

marshmello fluff

nestles quick

little whip cream on the top

hehe thats a fun milk shake with protein value


heres a healthy one

whey protien again vanilla

skim milk

plain yogart

fresh fruit- blueberrys, strawberries whatever you like

TUNA , APPLE JUICE,FLAX SEED OIL, BEETS AND MUSCLE DRIVE HP............... DON'T FORGET TO HOLD YOUR NOSE.LOL
 
When bulking,

1. MRP or powder vanilla

2. 1 large spoon choc. chip ice cream

3. 1 spoon nat. peanut butter

when cutting:

1. Repeat step 1

2. STOP:(
 
2 scoops chocolate whey protein, scoop ice cream, banana, 2 spoons peanutbutter, and whole milk.


Lots of cals too(bulking)

The only time I try to make them taste good is when I absolutely have to have something sweet....then I usually do three scoops of Optimum Vanilla Whey.......the best stuff!!!! 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract....skim milk.....two teaspoons of peanut butter....and a handful of semisweet chocolate chips.......but this is only once in a blue moon.....normally three scoops of protein and water....:(
 
Buy proto whey or prolab whey and add water and ice. Both great tasting protein. I like adding a spoon of peanut butter or flax oil when bulking or cutting, the good fat helps me get lean.
