The only time I try to make them taste good is when I absolutely have to have something sweet....then I usually do three scoops of Optimum Vanilla Whey.......the best stuff!!!! 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract....skim milk.....two teaspoons of peanut butter....and a handful of semisweet chocolate chips.......but this is only once in a blue moon.....normally three scoops of protein and water....
Buy proto whey or prolab whey and add water and ice. Both great tasting protein. I like adding a spoon of peanut butter or flax oil when bulking or cutting, the good fat helps me get lean.
