im 18 male 155 pounds and gonna bulk
does this look right to you
270g protein, 400g carbs, 75ish fat
is that too much protein?
please help
 
Looks good, but I would drop the Carbs a bit, maybe to 350 and up the fat to 100.

But the protein is good. Add some ginger too, to help digest the protein.

The more carbs the better... I am also a 157 male (6'1) trying to bulk up... In these past 3 months, I put on 6lbs and dropped 3% in body fat... (so I have probably put on about 8-9 lbs of muscle!)
I concentrate on eating carbs...
for some reason I seem to be naturally drawn to eat more protien and less carbs...
Like in a normal meal, I'd usually pass up the Mashed Potato's and Eat a bigger steak (this is just what tastes good to me!)
But now, I get extra mash potato's and make sure I eat them before I finish the steak...
I'm a hard gainer... Using this eating strategy, I've made the best ever gains...
GO CARBS!!!
 
Looks about right....it all depends on if your a ectomorph or endomorph....if you gain easily...you drop the carbs a bit and a add a little more fat....if your a hardgainer keep the carbs or even up them a bit
Oh and it also depends on if you do cardio or not

But looks good overall
