Do you cook all your food???

Pre-contest I cook ALL my food, but now in the offseason nothing really sounds good unless I buy it, not shit food but like sushi, ter.steak, rice,etc....nothing that I cook ever tastes that good but I'm spending WAY too much $$ on eating out every meal, what should I do, any easy recipe's for BB's?
 
ZONE DIET offers some great recipes and I too cook all of my food and love it...actually,it's time to eat my crab salad...i am so used to my cooking that I can't eat "out" anymore...
 
its too much work to make 6 meals a day taste good and healthy for me anyways. If I had all day to prepare food maybe, but not in the real world. Here are my staples:

1. Lean Steak (cooked but not very well :) )

2. tuna out of the can (cant beat the protein, the taste isnt great but slam it and milk afterwards and your good to go)

3. This one is my "treat" b/c it doesnt take like poop: Whole grain bread, boneless/skinless chicken breast (nuked or george foremanized) with 1-2 slices of nonfat american cheese. The cheese melts on the sandwich and it actually doesnt taste bad at all.

rice/pasta all whoe grain and tuna again and again.

repeat until your stomach splits! :)
