i need some females to give me some advice for my g/f on what dosage of dnp two take.. be detailed please.. how long to take it and then how long do you have to stay off it.. thx

for powder....200mg every 24hrs...then after a few days u can bump it to every 18hrs ... u can run it for 7 days at a higher dose or 14 day like this..... all depends. there are also MANY MANY other factors that she needs to know about before she starts popping these pills. diet, supps...etc..... everything has to change while ur on dnp..... please do some searches on this stuff and read read read...... u need to be careful and have everything in order before u do this. good luck........

I'd like to second the supplementation suggestion - megadoses of antioxidants are ESSENTIAL not only for feeling good, but minimizing the damage to your body. DNP is as lethal as it is effective, so research, research, research before you let her swallow that first pill.

How long has your girl been training? What is her bodyfat? Diet? What are her goals? Is she on anything else? DNP can be some dangerous stuff....get your girl on the board and have her do a search...there have been several posts about this topic...I am w/ triple V..be careful

man i get so crazy when i hear that someone wants to put their GF on DNP..it could be because a few yrs ago in my town a girl died from DNP and it was confirmed that DNP did it, after her boyfriend gave her the capsules.....this is one drug/chemical i wouldnt give to a girl i loved, only cause it can kill you, and unless u make the capsules yourself like i have in the past, then you have no idea how many mg are in a cap, i wouldnt trust any source but myself. ive tried this shit a few times and so have my friends, its ruff and id risk my own health but NEVER that of a girl that i cared about. if you must put her on DNP,stick to the safe doses 200mg...

one final thought which kind of reflects what i was saying on the *fina for a girl* thread.......how many people want to bet that this girl never heard of DNP until her boyfriend told her about it?.............
