Diuretic use for upcoming contest

Getting ready for a show...in the past I have always used oral Lasix with Slow-k...any suggestions on protocol for Lasix, or other diuretics. Specifically I am looking for what others have used to get dry ( not dead).

dry, not dead huh. so i guess dnp is not on your list then...have you considered arimidex?
oh, and drink lots of water.

DNP
Cytomel
Anavar
L-THYROXINE
hgh
Lasix
use only the day before and the day of the contest.
day before---take 1/2-1 tablet at night
day of---- take 1 tablet in the morning read your body and see if you need another 1/2-1 tablet right before the show

I start it six weeks out.
start with 25mcg work my way up to as high as 150mcg if needed but rarely go that high and then back down to 25mcg

Whats the arimidex protocol look like. Thanks for the advice so far.

i used lasix, took one tab the night before the show then about 2 hours before the show. i didnt supplement potassium, just ate lots o bananas. it dried me right out. ill be doing the same thing this year.

.25-.5mg/day to cut down on bloat. It's most usefull during a cycle.

how long does lasix take to get completely out of your system if you will be urine tested at a show?
