Meal 1 = good. Replace for 20 mins after am lifting, if cardio alone do 45-60mins. trust me i did 20 mins for a good while and it dont amount to shit. fuck it. go hardcore, youll be ripped soon enough, trust me.
Meal 2= make that brocolli AND a fist sized portion (1/2 C) of brown rice.
My basic advice to you is, keep the carbs around 100-150, and eliminate them during the rest of the day, replacing the carbs with EFAs to make up for the energy loss and of course because they are essential to cutting (exact science info at tmag).
So add the olive oil at the end meals where there are no carbs.
Keep protein at 1g per pound at least, do cardio, and keep it below maintenance. Youll do fine bro, youre still starting and chances are a cutting diet this good and cardio will get you ripped sooner than you think and that is a promise.
BUT FUCK THE DIET IF YOU DONT DO CARDIO. GET YOUR ASS ON THE TREAD BUD; IT WONT WORK UNLESS YOU do just that. Soccer, bball , treadmill if you have the patience to withstand those day long hours.
