diet to shed 10lbs

AM -LIFTING followed by 10min cardio(empty stomach this is done)

Meal1-40gram protein shake +gatorade+creatine
Meal2-About 2grilled chicken breast with broccoli or brown rice
Meal3-1cup Cottage Cheese,5eggwhites,1/2oatmeal
Meal4-2chicken breast
Meal5-5eggwhites

Supplements-
ZINC,MULTIVITAMIN,ECA sometimes,
 
you might want to think about upping the cardio to at least 20 mintues. I don't think 10 is enough to even deplete energy stores.

Shouldn't he depleted by the lifting so once he starts cardio he should be burning fat.....?
 
fish:( allergic to fish maybe i jump the chicken breast for meal 2 and add more protein before bed

how does this look? better?

looks better, but i really don't think you need that gatorade. It's full of simple carbs that i don't think you really need.
