Diet Question??im Confused

i am about to start my first cycle 500mg sut per week for 8 weeks
i am 5'11 165 about 10percent bf, my goal is to put on 20 lbs and drop my bf, i really want to see my abs this summer, some people are telling me test will be perfect and my diet will control how lean i get. a bodybuilder told me i need lots of carbs, however someone ese told me if i want to get lean i should keep carbs at around 100grams and try to get close to 300grams of protein, please help me out.
 
One suggestion:

Keep your bulking and your cutting totally seperate. Bulk now and then you will have time to cut before summer.

i planned on doing clen around the time i start clomid, how many grams of carbs should i get considering my goal, and what r some good sources of "quality" carbs
 
Suagry carbs are the carbs you want to stay away from when you are cutting... Candy, soda, dairy, stuff like that contain sugar carbs. Quality sources of carbs are things like brown rice, potatoes, yams, sweet potatoes, stuff like that... I would try to keep carbs minimal when cutting...

Eat a diet of 30% carbs/ 50% protein / 20% fat to get ripped. (12X your bodyweight). Cardio in the morning on an empty stomach for an hour, 3 times a week.

Trying to do two things a once is a very bad idea at this time. When you are a beginner you either cut or you bulk.

If you want to add muscle go ahead with your cycle and eat lots of food(18X your bodyweight, minimum) with a 40/40/20 ratio.

If you want to get lean, use Clen only. Don't waste your first time with gear.

As for carb sources: Oatmeal, Beans, whole grains like bulgur, raw honey for pre workout, and sugar(dextrose/maltodextrin) post workout
 
You're not going to add 20 pounds of muscle and loose bodyfat. You're fighting the laws of human physiology. Cut OR bulk. You're gaol is simply naive and far fetched. If you don't have abs now and you want to add 20 pounds this cycle you won't have abs at the end. If you want to have abs at the end of this cycle you surely won't add 20 pounds let alone 5 pounds of muscle. At 5'11 165 I suggest the bulking option. 10% is not high and ( not to be rude) 165 at 5'10 is light. Focus on adding muscle mass now and then concern yourself with cutting up in a year or two.
